One Thing Cannot Define Your Whole Day

This morning was a typical morning. I woke up, put the coffee on, practiced yoga, and then made some oatmeal. I was carrying it over to the table and BANG the steaming bowl-o-oats was all over the floor. I have a busy day and scrubbing oatmeal wasn’t on my agenda.

Has this ever happen to you? The days where something doesn’t go right and you doom the day to be terrible. Accidents will happen, but when you think the whole day will be “one of those days”, you are essentially cursing yourself.

Don’t let one thing dictate your whole day. Remember that your beliefs become your thoughts and your thoughts become your actions and habits. Always laugh it off and remain optimistic.
